I also trained as a Clinical Supervisor at the Minster Centre London and qualified in 1997 and am now a BACP Accredited Supervisor. For the next few years I undertook training as a life coach with CTI California and more recently I have undergone training as an EMDR therapist which is the NICE recommended treatment for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
I have always had a strong committment to providing services for those in need. I worked in the addiction field for 17 years and was the Director of Services at the Blenheim in Notting Hill. I moved on to work in the local community and became the Director of a charity working with elderly. More recently I was the Director of Bromley Community Counselling Service where we provided low cost counselling to the local communtiy. I am currently the Director of Services at the Minister Centre in London who, alongside their nationally renowned psychotherapy training programme, provide services for asylum seekers, refugees, a programme working with domestic violence and a low cost psychotherapy service.
I have had a private practice for 18 years, hold practicing priviledges as a psychotherapist at the Priory Roehampton and have worked with Westminster Mind as a supervisior for 3 years.
